What the world needs

All over the world right now

Where wars are exploding, destroying humanity

Doesn't matter which side is right or wrong

Both pay a very heavy price

It's measured not in the grounds gained

Rather the true cost are lives lost

Dead and broken, that's the cost

Loved ones, torn and cold, buried where they lay by the open sky

Leaving behind broken hearts, tears and displaced lives

The true winner is death, Satan & hell

Has the world really fallen under his evil spell

Over and over again

Conflicts because of race, religion or some one's misplaced ideals or zeal

Failing to realize on planet earth

That we are one human race

What the world needs now is love - sweet love

God is love.
