Waking Up

Each day is new. And some folks hop out of bed invigorated and ready for what's ahead. Others are still caught in the slumber zone not awake and intending to stay there as long as possible. There are of course lots of variations. You are you! 

I guess the readiness we have to get out of bed and to get on with the day depends very much on what we are anticipating for that day. If we believe there's a great day ahead we tend to get out of bed faster. The opposite holds true. 

So what you expect for the day will affect how fast you get out of bed!
