Minimalist living, Maximalist life
I like this heading.
It plays on the opposite ends
of the see-saw of
lifestyle philosophy.
Perhaps,
it does point further down the road
which
promises
a more fulfilling life.
We're living in a culture of modernity.
Filled with many options.
Choices. Stuffs. Resources.
Contradictions.
Information
- so much so
that all these smashed together
becomes clutter.
In most cases,
we have more than enough.
We don't need
more stuffs
to live.
That's the religion of consumerism
This god says more stuff equals more happiness
Really?
Is that really so?
The irony is that
the more we accumulate
the more we depreciate
our enjoyment
of life.
