The End is No Game

There are greater issues at play than I can really say
Where lives in misery seek empty victories in what's fleeting and momentary
So many are sucked into a black hole existence that leaves you emptier than before, and gets you craving for more
And so, on and on it goes, a cycle that casts a dizzy spiral, ever descending and getting viral
O troubled lives on a search for greater meaning in life
Looking high and low, seeking someone or something to follow
But there is only one, called the Prince of Peace
With love and mercy to give
Died on a cross our sins to pay
So that all who believes in Him
Is covered and protected from wrath on Judgment Day
It's all written in the Holy Book
And it's worth eternity for us to take a look
I've found Him to be real
And He leads me into beautiful hills and besides waters still
Jesus is His Name, and life is no game
