The Freedom Road
The highway of life in God
Freedom - such a powerful concept
That sends soldiers to war, to die to set others free
Oh have I taken freedom for granted
When it's the very commodity that others wanted
The ones who don't have freedom thirsts the most
The ones with freedom take this blessing for granted
Oh freedom from sin says I'm not sinless,
But I can sin less
I've taken up the offer of Jesus who became sin for me
So that once for all, at Calvary, I've been set free
What enslaves you today?
Come to Jesus because He truly cares
Get out of the rut, get unstuck from the mud
Grab this truth with your two hands
And thrust this living sword into your heart
It'll kill slavery to sin, it'll cut the ropes of death
It'll kill your past & set you free from God's judgment, & from hell
Jesus paid it all at the cross!
Confess for He is faithful & just
Believe and beat your sin problem, with Jesus' help.
Talk to Him, He's near!
There's hope of freedom in Christ
Be set free in Christ!
The truth will set you free!
